License conditions, procedure, stages for obtaining a license for the supply (sale) of natural gas:

Licensing conditions set by the National Commission for Regulation of Economic Competition, regulate the scope of economic activity on the Ukrainian gas market, indicate that in order to obtain a permit (license) for the sale and distribution of natural gas, the business entity (legal entity or sole proprietorship) the following package of documents by hand to the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Utilities:

• Request (application) for a gas supply license
• Information on the material and technical base (premises) in which the licensed activity will be carried out
• Operating mode description and contact information Prerequisites for obtaining a license

The license conditions for the supply of natural gas indicate that the business entity must meet the following requirements to obtain a license:

• Staffing conditions (higher technical education officials have);
• Conditions for the premises (availability of premises for customer service);
• Conditions for providing the necessary information (availability of an individual Internet portal with information in accordance with the conditions set by the NERC).

The Internet portal of a person applying for a license to supply (sell) natural gas must contain the following information:

1. “Rules and contract for the supply of natural gas”
2. Terms of distribution, supply, and sale and payment for gas sold.
3. Examples of contracts for the sale, supply, sale of gas with the consumer (if the supply or sale of natural gas to private consumers).
4. Rights and obligations of the parties to the agreement.
5. Prices for delivery and sale.
6. The reference to the current legislation of Ukraine concerns the subject of the agreement.
7. Annual report on the volume and quantity of gas sold.
8. Ways to resolve disputes between the parties to the contract, if any.
9. Contact information, details. (Contact telephones, e-mail, mode of operation of points, information on responsible persons).
